Everything needed for your unique spa experience in the comfort of your home is included with each service and is provided.  

Choose an area of your home where you would like your massage, facial or personal training to take place.  Please allow about 7'x11' of space for the massage table and work area for your provider.  A personal training session may be held outdoors, in the garage, basement or any space about 8'x10'.

I will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up for your service and review any pertinent information with you.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment.  If you are unable to give 24 hours notice then you will be billed the full amount of your appointment,

Late Policy
If you are not prepared for your session at the scheduled appointment time, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following scheduled appointments.

 The Personal Training Session

Studies show that you are much more likely to reach your fitness goals with a Personal Trainer! 

 

How better to stay on track than having your trainer come to you!


Your Personal Training Session will be designed to meet your individual needs.  The session is normally one hour in length.  This allows time for warming up, exercise demonstration, core work, cool down, setting goals and noting progress.  Everything needed for your session will be brought to you, from dumb bells to exercise bands. If you have exercise equipment we will try to incorporate that into your session.

       1x per week- 1 hour- $40

       2x per week- 1 hour each -$70

       3x per week- 1 hour each -$90




  



 Therapeutic Massage
  A variety of techniques may be used in your custom massage including; Swedish, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Prenatal, Relaxation, Hot Stone, or Bamboo.
